Our company needed to launch a last minute quality program on 3/10/11 and I had a total of 7 days of which two were weekend days to get custom made pens inexpensively. I contacted PENSRUS on Thursday afternoon 3/11/11 and had my custom made pens in hand the following Tuesday 3/15/11 at a price well with in our budget. They did a great job with the imprinting and the pens write great for an inexpensive pen. Great customer service, great product.
