This store is a ripoff. they use ups instead of fedex so they can overcharge. the scale weaght on a 12x12x12 box was 14 lbs but they put the shipping weaght as 42 lbs. they cant do that on fedex shippments so they tell me fedex is down. they also... Read More »

Dear Don, I reviewed your shipments that you sent out yesterday, Monday 10/24/2011. All of the shipments were sent via FedEx Ground service. Of the three packages, none were 12x12x12. The package you are referring to was 35x15x13 in size. Packages... Read More »
