Never trust Jeff Collison, he is a crook

we are a group of 3 french families. we rented from Open Road 3 motorhomes during summer 2008.

Jeff Collins of Open Road RV is a thief. His MO is to not return deposits.

Below is what I had to go through to get my deposit back from Jeff Collins. This is the letter I wrote to my credit card company in order to get my deposit refunded.
