Moving my account after 1 year

Had an extremely difficult time getting my account set up. The compliance department kept asking for more and more paperwork and it was always 2nd hand requests and was difficult to even determine what they needed. Finally got through that process and all was well for a few months but now I am receiving fee increases for routine services without any notification. The fee increases are not even noted on the website where they still show the old fee structure. My only notification is the invoice amount that shows on my account. I demand a little bit more professionalism when managing my money and will be trying to get my accounts moved before the end of the year.
