I to am having issues trying to cancel my subscription. I did exactly as said and used the livechat at http://www.dazzlesmilepro.com/contactus.php and talked to Falon, I was then told that they had no record of my subscription (this was because they only dealt with dazzle smile pro I assume) and directed to use the livechat at purerezver.com (which I have tried countless times to use but doesn't work!). I was told they couldn't help me so I'm still trying to figure out how to cancel this subscription and may just end up cancelling my card before the next payment is due to come out. Very frustrating given the comment by Gemma below.
