I placed an internet order for 5 items of clothing and provided the company with my financial information. I got an email stating that I had ordered the same order TWICE and that I was charged for the order twice. I immediately contacted myshape and was told that I would not be charged for the second order (I can provide proof of this). Later, I received my first order and was charged the full amount of $115. The next day I recieved the second order and charged a partial amount $60 (I also only received 3 of the 5 items). MIND you that I now have 2 orders of the EXACT same clothing!!! I only ordered one and gave my financial information to this company who is supposed to be good stewards of my money. They placed a double order and despite me giving them notice nearly 2 WEEKS before the items were shipped, I was still charged for 2 orders of NON-REFUNDABLE items! I have contacted the company by phone on 11 occassions, NEVER reaching a "customer care" person but leaving a message each time with NO response. I have not received one phone call back. I have sent 8 emails, 2 were responded to partially. NEVER answering my actual issue, completely avoiding the issue. I have all of these emails as documenting support.
