I have tried to resolve an issue with "MyShape" and have received NO cooperation from them at all. I receive "final sale" merchandise that was damaged (sleeve lining was torn and hole in a sheer shirt) and tried to return it for undamaged merchandise. They refused to allow me to send it back and would not credit my credit card for the cost to have it repaired. It took three phone calls and two emails for them to even respond to me, and then no communication at all after I said no to their offer of $35.00 store credit. I don't want credit! I don't want to deal with them ever again after they showed me what kind of merchants they really are. Save yourself a lot of time and headache and shop elsewhere! There are plenty of grateful merchants out there who would love to have your business.
