Never had any issues before BUT, I received an order right before Christmas. The garment was too large and I returned it. I even got the return label from the company. I saw online that they received it Dec 26th but I still have no credit on my card. I sent an email request as the the status and get this email that the company is no longer accepting returns or crediting credit card accounts???? What is that all about. On facebook i see I am not the only customer with this issue.
