I have gone back and forth with myShape.com with well over a dozen emails trying to resolve a recent issue regarding making an exchange. They stated to me in an email that while their written company policy states that exchanges can be made for another color or size of the same item, that they do "reorders" instead. In another email they acknowledged this is "misleading" since exchanges cannot be made at all and that in fact a customer needs to wait for their refund which can take "up to 2 billing cycles" and then reorder the item, all the while emailing the customer service department to request any credits that were issued or for original promotional pricing. It has been an extremely frustrating experience that has been going on almost a month and I have emailed them several times trying to organize when the credit will be issued, how to use the credit, if I can still have the sale price offered when I originally ordered. I feel that they have had several opportunities to do the right thing before I decided to write reviews to make other consumers aware of their admitted "misleading" written customer service policy. I will not shop with them again.
