Beware of this company!

Signed up for services in November 2011 because they claimed to not charge a monthly service fee. The Ad claimed they only charge a percentage of each transaction. Was charged a $1.00 fee initially to setup the account, which was fine. I was made aware of that. I hadn't heard a thing from them or seen anything for 4 months(I never even used the service). On 03/05/2012, there was a charge on my bank statement for $45.95. It was not clearly stated throughout the entire signup procedure that I would charged a monthly fee. I believe it is bad business practice to withdraw from someone's account without notifying them first. On my bank's statement, the charge only showed up as "PREAUTHORIZED WD BANKCARD". I had to get my bank to investigate the charge to even figure out what the charge is for. Obviously, I called the number and spoke with a gentleman who informed me the service wasn't free and I had signed a contract with them that stated monthly charges. I would not have signed up for the service had I known there were monthly service charges. There are too many companies that do not charge monthly and I would have not signed up with these guys had I known. When I tried to close my account, I was informed I would need to sign a form that would sent to my email. I still have not seen said form and had to cancel my debit card to prevent further charges from being made.
Do your research folks. These guys have a bad reputation. Notorious for charging whatever they feel like to your account, whenever they want. Customer no-help tells you that you need to fill out a form to cancel service with them, then never send it to you. The only way to beat them is going to your bank, changing account numbers, closing debit card, blocking ACH Withdraws and disputing the charge. From what I have read, they have a tendency of changing amounts that they will debit each month and also changing their name so you can't block the one name and one amount. These guys are slick, don't let them steal your money!
