On July 21, 2010 I was charged $10 more than the final price shown on the reservation. When I called them about this, they said they needed to look into it. I have not had a response from them. I was also charged and airport fee even though they are not located on airport grounds. This company is unprofessional! When I arrive at Burbank Airport, I telephoned eQocar four times before they answered (I guess no one was in their office). They advised me to take a Marriott shuttle to the Marriott Hotel (I was not staying at the Marriott). I guess they did not have a shuttle to pick me up or were trying to cut corners. After arriving, after 15 minutes their rep. came across the parking lot to escort my son and I across to a building where their office was located. The car was also dirty inside and out. My fault for not sticking with the more established car rental services. I will never use them again.
