I have been ordering from this on-line company for a few years. The quality of the products and timeliness of receipt has met my expectations - better than the average martial arts retailer. On one occasion, I ordered 2 items but only received one. After easily contacting the company (via a sales email address) a second item was sent with minimum delay. I continue to shop with and recommend this company for martial arts supplies.
