I wish I had done my homework on this company before ordering. I have been fighting with them and the companies of which they shared my bank account with for two months now. At first I saw an interview on fox news network online for what looked like an interview of a woman suggesting to use this product with clean whites together. She stated it would give the same affect as getting your teeth bleached professionally. I thought that if the news is promoting this product it must be legit. It wasn't until now that I read from someone else who got ripped off, that it was not an interview but an advertisement made to look like something fox news was promoting. I confirmed my order over the phone with both companies who both assured, me after offering a handful of products, that I would only be charged for the teeth whitening. When I noticed BOTH companies withdrawing 80.00 out of my account four times in one month, I flipped. They show up under multiple names so I didn't even know what it was at first. I managed to cancel my orders after being told regardless of the operators neglecting to tell me what I would be charged for, I signed the terms and conditions. I reread the terms and conditions and I agree that it simply states I would be charged full price if I did not return the product in 15 days. But how is it okay for them to bill me twice in one month EACH? They said it was because they would send me another supply. Once I told them they shouldn't be charging me for something they haven't even sent they made an arrangement to cancel my account and only charge me 40.00 and I can keep the trial. Cleanwhites made that deal while Dazzlesmile said that I would have to pay $6.00 in shipping and handling to return the unused product back to them, and in a few weeks I would get my money back. So I am supposed to pay $6.00 for no product and wait a few weeks for a refund of which they're operators assured me I would only be charged a few dollars for! Meanwhile the drama continues a month later after canceling my teeth whitening accounts. Apparently two other companies have been taking money out of my account for things I never even heard of. They told me I agreed to this when I agreed to the terms and conditions. As I said I reread this and it's affiliate terms and don't understand where it says they will be allowed to randomly take money from my account in exchange for health information. They send you an email that you activate and you become a member of some sort of newsletter. I explained to Tanya the "manager" id number 290, that I never received an email. She said she could active it for me and I said no I don't want it. I asked her how she could charge me for something I hadn't received and she said she can't prove I didn't get it. But she was certain I would not get a refund. I asked if I could speak to someone above her and she told me "the call stops here miss, you will NOT get a refund, anything else I can help you with today?" I had to cancel my bank account because according to Tanya there was one other company and I quote "that she is aware of" that has my bank account information. I was too late, they had already charged me. Now I am in the process of contacting all of my utility companies to let them know I no longer have that account. This has been a nightmare and a great learning experience for me. One, always give a credit card online not a debit card. Two, research with the BBB or this site to see if there are any reviews or reports on companies you've never heard of before(especially online companies). Three, the old rule that if it sounds too good of a deal to be true there is some sort of catch. Four, no matter how boring, read the terms and conditions. Most of all I felt completely taken advantage of. They know they are ripping people off and find all the loop holes around it to make it legal. It's a disgrace that someone gets rich off of this. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you already have, demand to get all the company phone numbers that they have signed you up with and cancel those accounts. Report them and tell everyone you know not to fall for their "RISK FREE TRIAL", or they will be risking their hard earned money
