Defected product/Horrible Customer Service

I purchased a toy for my grand kids and it does not work. Tried to contact company for several month but customer service line does not answer (was on hold for several hours and no one picked up the phone). I tried to enter a technical support ticket available on their web site but it does not work. It prompts to enter the same information again and again without submitting the ticket. My son in law exchanged several emails with James Raiden. James responded and asked several questions about the product and suddenly stopped responding to his e-mails. This is so rude and unprofessional. I strongly believe that this company should not be allowed to sell their products online as they are violating consumer rights to return a defective product. There are multiple complaints about this company on face book as well.
