It is unfortunate that this company uses an "American front" for it's asian owned/operated remote control hobby business. Recently I received a r/c helicopter as a 2008 Xmas gift and upon placing the order, the person realized that batteries were unavailable and when they inquired through Xheli, the person making the inquiry was told they were on back order and would be available the 3rd week in January, 2009. It is now February 1st & their site (Xheli.com) remains to say "battery out of stock." Xheli customer support (both on-line, as well as via phone) is horrible. Their customer support is about as useful as a used piece of toilet paper. The owner has used pseudo names such as "Andy" & "John," but has an asian first name instead. The original product ordered was delivered fine, without damage and worked well. However, when it comes to customer support and keeping up with sub-products that are needed to work with the originally purchased product, this company really needs to improve!!!
