NEVER SHOWED UP

My son had hos fourth birthday party over the weekend. We rented a TMNT bounce house and a few days before they called and said they didn't have the one I ordered, already off to a bad start. They gave us one and said they would put a TMNT banner over it. Fine whatever.
On the day of they were supposed to be here at 10am. They were over an hour late when I HAD TO CALL and see what was going on during my sons birthday. They said give the driver another FORTY minutes. They tried to blame LA traffic DURING COVID hahaha! Sure. Yeah. They offered me ten dollars off because he was an hour late. DUDE NEVER SHOWED UP. My sons fourth birthday was ruined because this company cant pull it together. Good thing i had a back up plan. I would rather have nothing than have this happened again. This company is the worst one. THEY JUST DIDNT SHOW UP TO A CHILDS BIRTHDAY.
