I am also a member with World Class Member Services. I joined when my neighbor told me his landlord was in foreclosure and the house was up for sale the next day. I didn't want no surprises from my landlord so I searched online, found they had a program to help me and signed into their Foreclosure Alert Service. Thank God I aint got no bad news yet but every month they let me know my property is foreclosure free and they even tell me which houses on my block is in foreclosure. My landlord is always complaining about how hard life is. This company here helps me to keep my eyes on him.
