A friend of mine was in foreclosure and expressed that this company had helped her a lot, so when I found out that my landlord had lost one of his properties to foreclosure I became worried that my apartment might be next. I signed up with World Class Member Services because I did not want to be surprised with locks on my door or a foreclosure eviction. Since registering in their Foreclosure Alert Program I have been pleased with the results. Twice so far my landlord had a foreclosure issue and I knew right away. When I confronted him he accused me of opening his mails because he did not believe there was a company that would contact tenants if the landlord was behind on the mortgage. I would recommend this service to everyone who rents an apartment or before they sign a lease. You just cannot trust landlords to be honest anymore.
