I got into a car accident and the other party is a member of this auto insurance company. I have never recived such poor customer service. Everytime I have tried contacting this company regarding a claim for the past two weeks, a pre-recording picks up and there is no way of speaking with an actual person. Every pre-recording promises a call back "within the next two business hours" and I have never received a call within that time frame. I have left over five voicemails with my claim agent and several on the "urgent" line and have not heard of what my status is, where I can fix my car or what my next step is. The one time my claim agent called me, he promised a call back in the next two days and I have not heard from him in over a week.
