I have recently purchased Ivory tuxedo and item description was as follows:
> Matte satin cummerbund and a bow tie
> Long sleeved white shirts with cute piping included
> Plat front with elastic in the back pants
No cummerbund came with tuxedo. Since there was no contact phone number for this retailer, I emailed them about incomplete set and in response I got following email:
"Sorry to misinform you. Originally item code, CA4002BIV has no cummerbund.
It's our mistake by a web technician. Only CA4001BWT has cummerbund.
We apologize again"
I accepted apologies, yet asked for some sort of resolution since it was too late to order it from somewhere else and I didn't feel like returning item at my expense and loosing 30% restocking fee (see "return police"). Retailer agreed to send me separate set of bowie and cummerbund for free.
Excellent customer service !
