I need my refund

I purchase two dresses one fit and I return the other one, I am still waiting on my refund after 8 months of making my purchase. The only way to speak to anyone is by email, the have no contact number and we are in the year 2012. I would not recommend wonderful dress to anyone is was certainly not a wonderful experience. I WANT My MONEY BACK.
