The service department manager is a total scam artist. We took a 2005 CTS there for service and a few months later the car started making noises. After bringing the car back to them he told us that the shroud on the bottom of the car was gone and that some of the "parts" had been damaged from debris hitting the bottom. This is Miami I don't drive on dirt roads but what ever. He charged us over 6k in repairs because it was supposedly my fault the shroud was gone.
After we picked the car up it was making a strange ticking sound and he told us that the sound was "normal". 2 months after that the engine blew and he won't repair it because I supposedly abused the engine. How would he know how fast I drive? More importantly is Cadillac such a low quality car that driving 80 on the TP would blow the engine?
Do yourselves a favor and go buy a Benz or a BMW. So much better quality and the service is top notch. No wonder why no one will buy an American made car anymore. It's a sad day when even a Cadillac and it's service is worse than Hyundai.
