I have had many orders with this company, and have had very little trouble. If there are missing items, they always include a gift certificate for the value. When I have had to return something ,I've simple send an email describing the problem,and customer service sent a return invoice. The free shipping and 10% discount is a huge savings for us. We will continue to buy from this company. Maybe the way you deal with them, has an effect on how they deal with you. Just a thought.
