POOR AT BEST

3 weeks ago. order had missing items. items that had horrible defects. customer service abysmal. only wanted to give store credit even for missing items! told they were out of stock. had to pay for return of bad stuff myself. then they tried to say they didn't get it. but I had them sign for it so I had proof. still had to file paypal dispute to get my refund. went round and round with them. every time with a different person. If you are crazy enough to use them, COUNT EVERY SINGLE PIECE AND LOOK IT ALL OVER! if you've got 12 of an item, they'll hide the bad ones in the middle somewhere!
