Dear Customer,
When a payment has been voided on our end, it should reflect on your account within 24 hours, that is for regular credit cards.
Unfortunately, for prepaid credit cards, we are not familiar how it works, maybe it depend on the prepaid company. We have faxed copy of the voided transaction on Sept 12th and as of Sept 14th, we received an email from MIO customer care ( Prepaid company) that they have released the pending amount back to your card.
We apologize for the inconvenience this have caused you and we have other payment options which you can use to pay for your order.
