RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DECEPETIVE
|
The worst offender is a Johnny Giccatti, the supervisor of my property. When questioned on a topic, he will literally just hang up, or otherwise outright insult you, There is never an apology from them even when they realize their error. The familiar "harassment" allegation will be used if you actually do not become submissive, when you know you are right. or ask them for evidence on their claims.. Some of their employees have never physically step foot in your condo building, but will insist knowing more than you do as the homeowner. The owner Mike Carmona and Evan Anker just pass the buck to whatever supervisor handles your building so they don't have to waste their time. There is no sense of consciousness. Yet, they do not treat the Board members the same way, and accept whatever the Board says, when the Board is evasive and withholding documentation on finances, etc., which you as the homeowner are paying in dues.

Robert, I am unsure of the timeline of your experience but Johnny retired almost one year ago. I cannot locate a home owned by a Robert J. in our system which was ever managed by Johnny so I wonder if you are in fact an owner? Either way, it is our desire to assist owners with resolution of problems and if Westcom makes an error, our policy is to rectify the matter swiftly with humility.
As far as a “harassment” claim, I am not familiar with using such terminology outside of the rare occasion in which that word appropriately applies.
Please note that all management companies work for the Board of Directors. They hire and instruct Westcom in all areas. Perhaps there is a misunderstanding of the role of each participant regarding the community?
