I went in for ex-rays and a check up. I saw the dentist and she informed me the Treatment Coordinator would give me an estimate for the work that needs to be completed. After 3 phone calls she finally emailed me a case presentation/Estimate. The first one I got from her said the total cost would be $4,740.00. I called her back and asked why are they charging me $165.00 to have one cavity filled, when I look at the insurance copay it shows I should pay $20.00. She said hold on and then hung up on me and re-emailed me a new Estimate that reduced the total down to 3,610.00. I then called back and requested my ex-rays so I can take them to another dentist and I was informed it would cost $35.00 for that service. I called my insurance company and they said there is no fee for ex-ray transfers. They are not into helping people get their teeth fixed but making money. I would NEVER go to this dentist and do NOT recommend them to anyone.
