Worst experience ever

Ordering Wen last 2012 year turned out to be the worst experience ever!!!! I am not talking about the product itself, which btw is useless and every time i would use it i loose some portion of hair so i stopped using it and still have my first bottle. However, this guys would charge me every month, sometimes delayed charge for late shipment which would end up to be $43. I had sent every single box back to them and NEVER got any refund back! Not to mention, I have called multiple times to cancel my account, but apparently there is just no way to get out from this trap!!!!! Come on, guys, it is such a low way to make yr $$$! I am working 8 hours a day sometimes overtime, and every single month I get charged for something I don't use and I don't want!!!! I really hope someone will find time and sue you !
