I signed up with this company in April 2008 and provided them the exact information they needed to do their job. I was contacted in August 2008 (5 moths and 3500 later and informed that they needed a password (which I had stated that I already provided them in April of 2008) They had not even uploaded my code for 5 months and failed to inform me they needed any additional information for 5 months!!! I expressed my concern and my desire to reconcile payment for the 5 months that I had received no service. The ignored my complaints and disregarded my emails. In my opinion, this company is not reputable, does not care about their customers as they have taken 5000 I from me and I have nothing whatsoever to show for it.
