Terrible Follow-up

WDC is terrible at follow up. We ordered a dishwasher and a Washer and Dryer. Both got delayed in shipping. The followup was non-existent. We ended up canceling the dishwasher and have not been able to get a refund. This company doesn't care about it's customers - they only care about making the sale and will say and do anything to make the sale. Marty was our con-man sales person that seemed so great at first. Once a problem existed, he couldn't do anything but hide. Christie, the receptionist, is rude and fast to disconnect you.
THE REFUND - impossible to get. they give you the run-around making you call the "corporate office". Then the corporate office tells you to call the local office. This is only after you finally get a hold of someone. They're always "in a conference". You'll get much better treatment at a big box store. WDC is nothing but a Sales organization with sleazy sales people promising the world and failing at every step of the way. It's been almost 2 weeks and we still don't have the refund.
