I found out about Waffle Collectibles a couple months ago, when I posted an ad on DiMA (Michael Warfel's forum) for the Reno Air livery American 737-800. He posted a link to his store, and I ordered the model at a great price. I read the negative reviews and held my breath, but Michael Warfel delivered spectacularly! The model came quickly, and was the exact model I wanted! Since then I've ordered close to a dozen models from him now, two are special order and pre-order, and all the models that came have been great and not broken and free of any defects. A message to all the new buyers who are concerned about this company: Michael Warfel and his store are amazing, with up to date restock, pre-orders, and what is in-stock. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. With all online shopping, mistakes can be made, just be professional and understanding when bringing issues up, its not hard. Like I said, I have had nothing but positive experiences with Michael and his store, so please go show him your support by ordering your models from him!
