I've ordered from this Company several times now and had excellent experiences and great service.
In my most recent order, I made a mistake and ordered an item I didn't want, and the item I did want was more expensive. A very responsive Mike Warfel not only substituted the correct item, he also waived the additional fees. I could not have asked for more! Now that's class!!
