M3D421SR fails twice in a year and a half- needs to have a recall

Like many others this tv was purchased at walmart Nov 2011. The tv is amazing when it works. The first time the tv would not completely power up was within the warranty period in Sep 2012. Vizio was great at the time it was in warranty, they took care of me very quickly and had a technician at my home within a week. The technician replaced all three boards in my tv basically making it into a brand new tv. So last night the tv will not turn on, 6-7 months after every board was replaced the first service. I call tech support today and they cannot help me as the tv is out of warranty. I ask for a manager and the manager is very arrogant about the whole situation. Basically what they will offer me is a split cost repair. I am not happy with this as it will end up costing me $150, and who knows how long the "fix" will last. I would like vizio to step up and revise the boards or replace my tv. As of now, i am waiting for the customer relations manager to call me back. I will reply back to this review once he does. As i said, i love the tv and like vizio, but this situation will determine if i ever own another vizio product, or recommend it to my peers...
