CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!My claim comes from a previous experience with this company. The people who run pocketbike wholesalers do not honor their warranties nor provide what their warranty policies are in writing. If you buy one of their products from a third party, pocketbike wholesalers will not honor their manufacturer warranty, which is inherited to the consumer when a purchase is made from the dealer. When you call pocketbike wholesalers, you are put on hold for for excessive amounts of time. The customer service needs improvement and ethical bussiness conduct is very poor. These people have numerous complaints with the BBB over the past 36 months indicating their poor values. These people are also know as VIVA-MOTORSPORTS.It is without question that this organization does not provide adequate bussiness conduct to their customers. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!
