I have claimed my $100 several times and they made me jump through all those hoops. After providing them the lease they came back 5 months later asking for a guest card from the landlord. My landlord doesn't have a guest card and wrote on the application 'Walk In'. The end of the story is that I never got my $100 and will never ever get it. Beware of this company!
