I just spoke with guy at 9:21am in the morning. He said someone would be able to contact me back later. No one contacted me back so I decided to call again at 11:30am. At this time, he said his sales lady would have to call me later which he didn't know when she would be able to call me back. Then he proceeded to ask me that if he went himself he would I be able to write him a check when he was there. This was completely rude since I explained I would still have to see how his rates compared to other businesses.
At this point, he was going on and on about my expectations. I tried to explain to him that my expectations was to simply know when someone would contact me back. He said his company isn't professional.
