Hello Mohammad, I am responsible for replying to the reviews posted on this site and it seems that the information provided in your review suggests that you have not requested a dispute review. According to your policy, you have the right to request a review when your claim is denied. Medical records (not invoices) along with a written request for a dispute review should be submitted. Once this information is received, the Claims Dept. can research your dispute to determine if additional benefits may be available.
