I can't say enough bad things about this company.
They regularly do not cover much of anything. Had a 382 dollar emergency vet visit for hives/an allergic reaction and they literally covered 52 dollars of the visit. An ear infection in the dog was called a "preexisting condition."
We had already downgraded from a higher coverage that included prevention but found out they would cover a flat amount per year (dont remember what... something like 50 bucks each dog) while charging more than double that over the course of a year in premiums. It's worse than a human insurance plan and is closer to stealing. Not sure how this is legal.
I'm a physician and regularly deal with insurance companies but this takes the cake and should be considered fraud. A class action lawsuit should be filed.
