I purchased the premium policy for my 5 month old puppy. My 105.00 vet visit was denied, they tried to say the vet didn't provide detailed info, which is NOT true, they showed me what they sent, a detailed invoice of all services rendered on that date. This insurance provider does not cover hardly anything, they are NOT clear on what they do an do not cover. At 500 a year, it just simply isn't worth it, save your money, and pay for the vet bill yourself. Otherwise, you will be giving this company 500.00 a year for nothing more to show for it than a pain in the neck. You will still have to pay for almost all your pets vet expenses, because of their tricky wording about what is and isn't actually covered. I would not recommend this company at all, and I canceled my policy as of today.
