I was at the end process of refinancing my home when Joshua promise me a better rate and a lower monthly payment. And with his nice proposal, I took the offer thinking that it will benefit me in the long run but none of his promises went thru. I ended
up paying more than the other company that was processing my refinance. I ended up paying another monthly mortgage because the loan was not process at the time he promised and cause me more money for penalty because I was told that it should close before the
next payment. I ended up paying a higher interest rate and on top of that, I get charged for points. I got charge a couple more thousand for the fees compare to the other company that process my loan. You should not promise client for your own benefits. I
don't recommend your service.
