I have just closed a refinance on my home with Vault Mortgage's assistance. Joshua Willis and Richmond Kodua were extremely helpful in getting this process completed. Even though I frequently called them with questions or concerns, they were unfailingly polite, helpful and enthusiastic about getting the job done. Mr. Kodua found a low interest rate loan for me, and was genuinely interested in getting the best deal for me. He was always pleasant and professional. Joshua Willis was also a pleasure to work with. He communicated with me regularly about the status of the loan, returned calls and emails quickly, and was always available if I had a concern.
I would not hestitate to use Vault Mortage in the future, or to recommend the company to friends and family. My experience with the company was excellent.
