I am a new first time home owner and I wouldlike to say thank you to my mortgage broker, Nick Gouche of VaultMortgage, Inc. This guy is amazing!! The home buying process can be a very scary place, but Mr. Gouche made this extremely easy. I work for a large mortgage lending institution, and even though my company offers special incentives for employees, Nick made me believe he was the best option in the market. I'm here to say.....He was!
He delivered on every promise. He was honest, got my deal done in time, with an awesome interest rate and shockingly low closing cost. When we ran into issues and I nearly lost my mind, Nick kept me calm and assured me we'll be fine. He was right! I heard horrible story about mortgage brokers in the past but he changes my mind completely. Nick Gouche will be my mortgage broker for life. I ABSOLUTELY will refer Mr. Gouche and his partners to my friends and family members who are looking to buy a home or refinance on their homes.
