The company did perform and basically it did live up to its contract and with that I can not find fault but their workmanship was poorly done the first time and the door warped and squeaked. I had to have the door replaced and was given excuses that didn't make sense for why it happened. The workers were not very professional and left their mistakes to be corrected by the man who stained the door. The workers ruined the weather strip when replacing the door the second time and we had to wait over a week while our salesman was on vacation to finally have the weather strip replaced which was during an especially cold snap. Couldn't they send someone else to do it? The frame over the door was a totally different color than my door and unless we wanted to pay for a new frame we had to match the door to the frame and it's a color I am not happy with. This was a very expensive door/sidelight and the problems I encountered for the price I paid did not make for a happy experience. Beware of smooth talkers. I can not in good faith recommend this company. But, I did receive a new doorbell from the salesman for my troubles. Whoopee.
