2109 bad experience, inaccurate info and inaccurate order fulfillment

I made an order for 3 used Mac Minison 1-25-19. After ten days, I had not seen my order processed or updated to include shipping information. When I contacted usedmac.com, I was told that the three computers were shipping on 2-4-19 and my order would be updated with the tracking number.
On 2-6-19 I still did not have a tracking number, and when I contacted usedmac.com, I was told the delay was because of hard drive upgrades that I did not request, but the order would ship that day and I would have a tracking number.
I did get a tracking number and when the order arrived, the box included only two Mac Minis, not the three that I ordered. I called usedmac.com and was told that the third Mac Mini was shipped separately and that the new tracking number would be updated on my order and the computer would arrive on 2-9-19. The order was never updated to include an additional tracking number and the computer was not delivered.
I have contacted usedmac.com to request a refund for the third Mac Mini that I paid for but was not delivered, and I have not heard back yet. Very frustrating, inaccurate information and inaccurate order processing from usedmac.com.
