Let the buyer beware, DO NOT SHOP HERE, you will get ripped off. I spent $1,000.00 back in March of this year on the Sullivan sofa/love seat collection. The furniture was delivered as promised. However, six months after purchasing it, I began to notice cracks in the leather that were well beyond what one would expect after this time frame of normal usage. I returned to the store and was told that the manufacturers warranty was good for only 90 days. They gave me the email address to their corporate office and told me that I could file a complaint. However, the clerk in the store pretty much told me that I would be told that I was out of luck. She was incorrect, I filed a complaint and never heard back from them. If you plan on spending your money here, you may as well just throw your cash away. If there was a way to give this company negative stars, I would do so.
