This is my first time to review a business. I would like to compliment Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center for what they do. I've used their services many times for almost every appliance in my home. They always come out on time and provide quality repairs. A few weeks ago my 20 years old refrigerator stopped cooling and as always I called Universal. Their tech diagnosed the problem with the compressor and he recommended to replace the refrigerator, instead of spending $500 for compressor. He charged me $35 trip charge, but told me to buy a new refrigerator from their store. It was my first time actually going to their store and let me tell you, it's unbelievable. Sales person was very friendly, knowledgable and was able to show me exactly what I was looking for. He even gave me $35 credit for tech's trip charge. Very nice guys delivered my new refrigerator, a few days later, hooked up water to it and hall away my old refrigerator. Thank you very much for great and professional service. I will continue using you guys if and when I will have problem with my appliances.
