I purchased all of my appliances from Universal over the last 5 years and let me tell you, their showroom in Studio City is beautiful, sales personal is very nice, they know what they are talking about and their installers are the best. I bought appliances before from different stores, but Universal is one of the best. Buying the appliance usually is very easy, but what do you do if you have a problem with it down the road? Universal is one of the few companies, that I know, who service everything they sell. I've used their service few times and I can't be happier. So, overall I am extremely satisfied with Universal.
