I honestly can not say a good thing about this company from ordering to delivery to service. I have experienced all of it in the last two in a half years. I ordered over $25,000 worth of kitchen appliances when I renovated my kitchen. The sales rep. Quoted us wrong on availability and when items were delivered the all I got was grumpy, unmotivated and minimal installation of my items. Five gentleman showed up and complained about having to go up stairs which I paid extra for them to deliver to and they knew about. When installing all the appliances they complained about having to make things fit.... which cupboards were all cut to installation specs... still not good enough for them if they had to give a little more than 10% effort. Now I just dealt with my $800 Viking microwave that broke and the part amazingly cost $400.00 to replace (after 2 years) the part took a month to come (according to them) and they never called to install when part came in I had to hound them to get an appointment and when they did show up I believe they sent the devil himself to install. The guy was the most unpleasant person I have ever dealt with. There is nothing that came out of his mouth that was nice or pleasant in anyway. He was rude from the moment he walked in my door and even said "he was doing me a favor" needless to say I couldn't get rid of him fast enough. Even with additional repairs that needed to be done on another appliance. I called the company and complained in which they laughed and said "yeah he can come off a little harsh" and sorry for you being tramatized that was it. Unless you like being treated horribly even after spending 25k with their company..... STAY VERY FAR AWAY!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could. The first review is obviously someone who works for the company,
