Stay away!!! Unless you are looking for a runaround from a fly-by-night company, several months of broken promises for delivery or refund, and ultimately, a chargeback at your own expense. Simply search the internet for reviews, or one of the *four* different profiles on the BBB website. If you want service, forget it; if you want good faith and fair dealing, forget it; if you want a low price (assuming that their unrealistic pricing on some items has enticed you) - simply take their "quote" to a major retailer and have the price matched. That said, the negligible difference in price (and lack of any support post-delivery) will NOT be worth the hassle a substantial number of customers have endured. Caveat Emptor!
P.S. The "glowing review" below sure seems genuine, right? Most consumers write reviews in a style similar to an appliance salesperson's pitch, right? What a joke...
