I had an auto insurance coverage with this company. Lack of proffesionalism in dealing with customers began with the rude and incooperative agent at the start, and unhappy unfriendly telephone conversations with the staff throughout the business. The outrageous amount of downpayment and very high monthly payments despite the fact that I had a clean driving record, married and 30 years old, with decent credit rate. At the end of the one-year contract they wanted to charge me extra amounts of huge payments. I wanted to question why they want me to pay so much extra, instead , of letting me know why and without even warning me once, they terminated my policy and informed the motor vehicle department that my insurance coverage no longer exists. By that they put my driving records in high risk, my drivers license was pending to be suspended and my tags as well. Thanks to the Motor Vehicle Department that informed me about it, I immediately obtained another insurance policy with Geico. Now I pay half of what I have been paying to United Premium, down payments are three times as low as United Premium and people at Geico are a lot nicer with your questions or concerns. So for anyone looking to get an auto insurance, please DO NOT EVER CONSIDER UNITED PREMIUM FINANCE COMPANY!!!
